Cisco Webex does have a free plan for one organizer and for up to 100 participants for up to 50 minutes. Airmeet also comes with a freemium plan for up to 100 registrations. Post that, the Business Plan is charged at $99. The freemium plan includes Zapier integrations, customer support, single track event, 1 organizer access, raise hand and invite to stage, social lounges and live polls.

Cisco events limits up to 3000 attendees. In Airmeet, you can scale up to 100k attendees for your virtual and hybrid event. 

Airmeet offers you sponsorship opportunities, ticketing, single sign on, multi-lingual support, Salesforce, Hubspot, Mailchimp and Eventbrite integrations along with speed networking. Cisco Webevents does not have networking features set up in their platform. 

Airmeet offers HD video streaming and live streaming on Youtube, LinkedIn and Facebook across devices and browsers. Attendees can choose the Airmeet lite version during network issues. The lite version automatically removes certain interactive features and reduces the bandwidth of the video. 

Cisco Webex Webcasting provides a platform for your next webcast for up to 100k+ participants. Airmeet, on the other hand, helps facilitate interactions via speed networking, social lounges, custom virtual booths. Airmeet also comes with a reception area that can be customized to showcase your brand. 

At Airmeet, you can add stage backdrops, customize tables (in social lounges which is similar to the breakout rooms), virtual booths and even customize your reception areas for both meetups and conferences. 

Airmeet allows user access control that stops people from spamming your events or sessions. As an organizer, you can control access to specific sessions of a ticketed events and also control where you want your registered attendees to be. You can also provide separate access to the hosts and speakers.
